• The association is made up for two different industry divisions: Chemical and International.
• An executive board and division officers govern the NCCA and are elected by its membership.
• Associates participate in quarterly meetings, educational programs, the Annual Educational Conference and association sponsored events. Many choose to serve the association in leadership roles.

Credit Information Exchange

The NCCA provides electronic access to the association’s Credit Exchange Database to facilitate a credit investigation.

The NCCA Credit interchange allows members to exchange customer payment experience using a safe, secure, and private web site available only to members of the NCCA. Customer payment experience is submitted monthly by each member, and that information is available to other members in the form of credit reports. The interface of the website assures you that your customer information cannot be used by another member for the purposes of expanding sales, and the website uses SSL technology to ensure your privacy.

Members can also enter and receive Flash Notices, which are critical changes in customer status, such as bankruptcies, collection placements, NSF checks, final demands, and other status changes.

Note: Credit information is kept in strict confidence. Access is only available to association members.

Quarterly Division Meetings

Quarterly division meetings create an excellent opportunity for members to meet and to discuss individual credit questions or to analyze a particular concern in world economies.
