Quarterly Meeting Details

Meeting sites and dates are normally determined up to 2 years in advance.

Approximately sixty days prior to the meeting, members will receive the reservation form for the upcoming meeting from the Servicing Secretary.

It is the member's responsibility to respond to the Servicing Secretary with your intent to attend or not attend the divisional meetings and any optional activities (ie. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, etc.)

You must respond regardless of your intent.

The meeting format is subject to change but typically stands as follows:

Day 1: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Executive Board Meeting

1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. International Division Meeting
4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Educational Session
6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Reception

Day 2: 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Chemical/Plastics Division Meeting

Members attending for the first time may call our Servicing Secretary to obtain names of their Division officers whom they can contact for additional information regarding the meetings, or check the Executive Board section on this web site.

**If you sign up for any meal functions and do not attend, the NCCA must still pay the hotel for the meals ordered. This can be very expensive to the NCCA.
